Refund policy
We have a 7-Day return policy, which means that you can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order/item(s). To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
To make a Return:
- Please log in to your account https://account.peopleoffame.com
- Navigate to your order, select the item(s) you wish to return then follow the instructions to complete the return request.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
- Our courier will contact you to arrange a pick-up from your doorstep.
- The package will be inspected upon arrival at our warehouse.

Return approval will be communicated via email if your return request is approved.
- Note: For cash orders , customers will be able to start the online return process only after 24 hours of receiving the Order.
Refunds:
· Your refund will be processed either to your bank account or credited to your store account if you prefer. Return shipping costs will be deducted from refund value.
· Credit card refunds may take up to 30 days, while cash-on-delivery refunds are processed within 3 days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or Credit Card Company to process and post the refund too.

Exchanges: We currently do not offer exchanges. Instead, please return the item and place a new order for the desired product
Damages and issues : Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-returnable items : Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
